Fair booth

Each year, the booth most famous for its pork chops is the Junior Auxiliary’s pink booth.  Right outside the grandstand, the ladies of the Hopkinsville Junior Auxiliary spend their time volunteering to  make funnel cakes, dress hamburgers and hot dogs, and grill pork chops.  It takes months of preparation for a successful time at the Western Kentucky State Fair, but it’s remembered as a favorite Junior Auxiliary activity by active & associate members alike.
